Metal people.

Cathedral are playing ULU 29th of next month for the new album, and 20th anniversary gigs. Got my tickets a while back, as I do love a bit of the 'dral. Get 'em whilst you can!

Another one worth checking out-

Infected mushroom- heavyweight

Might sound just drum and bassey at the start, but give it a chance, its an awesome track.

Why would D&B be an issue, D&B is awesome.  Though I appreciate not some peoples tastes.

I'm on the Earth 2: Special Low Frequency Version.

Three songs spread over 1 hour 12 minutes of music and about three chords. Blissful, but not for the feint of ear.

Had a bonus and found a boxed set of Bootsy Collins first five albums for £12. Been working my way through that and now have the urge to buy a spangly cape and space bass.

Michael Rother is playing the Barbican in October. If you want to see one of the best guitarists going make a super rare performance, then book 'em now.

Oh, and he's doing Neu! stuff - first time for 35 years.

"End Titles.....Stories for films" by Unkle

Had this on my IPod for ages after a mate told me to copy his CD.

Never listened to it until today when I was listening to the Score for the last X-Files movie and there was this song at the end, it was really really good and turned out to be Unkle and from this album..

Very laid back, unusual vocals, very good!

I hated that ad.... I think he should've used a different track.

Tis the current Kronnenburg ad music.
In the summer of 2011 he moved North... spreading the word of House OG.

I am Mike of House OG.  Ogger in the North.  And Ginger is coming.

I bought myself Slash's solo album today, it's really good.  He's done collaborations with loads of people, like alice cooper, ozzy and lemmy, and there's also some odd collaborations with fergie fromthe black eye peas and nicole scherzinger from some pop crap, but they work really well too
